Luminous Hair Policies and Service Agreements.
At Luminous Hair Salon, we have established the following policies to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for all our clients and team members.
These measures are designed to maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and service quality for everyone who visits our salon.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be made by phone, message through our website, or directly at our reception.
To respect our stylists' time and other clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellations.
*Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend an appointment (“no-show”), may result in a loss of deposit.*
Deposit & Payment Policy
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking:

$100 deposit for keratin, perm, colour services, balayage, or foils.
Deposits can be made via bank transfer or PayID, details will be provided when you book.
If you prefer, we can also provide a secure payment link for your convenience.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund (minus any applicable transaction fees).
Refunds will be processed via PayID or bank transfer within a reasonable timeframe.
The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows.
Late Arrival Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delays for the next client.
Service Satisfaction Policy
We always aim for your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with the result, please contact us within 7 days so we can assess and offer an adjustment.
Refunds are not provided for a change of mind.
Product Returns Policy
We accept returns or exchanges for defective products within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Privacy & Image Use Policy
Your personal information is used only for booking and communication purposes.
We may request permission to use before-and-after photos for marketing or social media. These images will only be posted with your consent.
Children in the Salon
Children are welcome, but for safety reasons we ask that they remain supervised by an adult at all times.
Health & Safety
Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service.
We maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.
